  • We specialize in a wide range of events, including concerts, festivals, corporate galas, brand activations, private parties, and DJ showcases. If your event requires sound, lighting, staging, or talent coordination, we have the expertise to make it exceptional.

  • Yes, we provide professional live-streaming services with multi-camera setups, high-quality audio/visual feeds, and platform management for services like YouTube, Facebook Live, Zoom, and more, ensuring a seamless virtual experience.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event incur no additional fees. Cancellations within 30 days will be charged 50% of the remaining balance to cover crew and equipment reservations.

  • Weagle Productions offers an extensive in-house inventory, including PA systems, lighting, rigging, and video walls. If you prefer to use your own equipment, just inform us in advance, and we’ll coordinate seamless integration.

  • For a mid-sized venue, setup and rigging typically take 4–6 hours, while teardown takes 2–3 hours. We provide a detailed schedule in your Service Agreement, tailored to your event’s scope.

  • Absolutely. We manage talent sourcing, contract negotiations, rider fulfillment, and on-site artist liaison services to ensure performers are fully supported and your event runs smoothly.
